It’s not cheap, but you can taste the difference and yes, there’s plenty of the achingly modern foam on the menu. His newest venture “Piazza By Anthony” – there’s a theme in the names developing here - though is his most ambitious. Set in the spectacular Old Corn Exchange, he’s taken over the whole lot, locating a Café/Brassiere on the ground floor and surrounding it with specialist food shops. Nice!
